HUAWEI Announces Photography Contest For Budding Indian Photographers

· On the occasion of Holi, Huawei launches a photography competition with the theme “Joy – Different Dimensions of Colors”.

· For the contest, which will be live till 14^th March, 2020, participants can share at most three colourful and vivid photographs other than Holi.

· The participants have to share these photographs on the comments section of the contest post 

· Huawei has a history of bringing cutting edge photography technology to its users through the world renowned P & Mate series that have consistently remained on top of DXO mark’s ratings of the world’s best camera smartphones

· The winners will win lucrative prizes including Croma gift cards ranging from Rs 17500/- to Rs 70,000/-.

To make this Holi even more vibrant and colorful for consumers, Huawei Consumer Business Group India, today announced an exciting photography contest with the theme Joy – Different Dimensions of Color for the Huawei India community.

With the aim to make the festival of colors more vibrant for the consumers, the photography contest encourages Huawei users to express their love and interpretation for colors by shooting vivid photographs and sharing them with the world.

“As our lives would be boring without colors and every color means differently to different people, the contest lets participants express their interpretations by clicking and sharing original photographs. To make the competition challenging and creative, we have added a twist. With the thought that the horizons of colors go beyond the celebration of this lovely festival, the photographs have to be more than traditional Holi celebrations. Depicting various dimensions of colors, the photographs can be anything from the vibrantly dressed family and friends to the vivid traditional cuisines and desserts. Participants need to express how our lives are colorful celebrations beyond Holi. The participants would be competing for exquisite gift prizes worth up to Rs 70,000/- making it one of the biggest community activity from Huawei” said the HUAWEI INDIA Community team.

The contest will be live till 14^th March, 2020. One person can share three images at the maximum.

The participants can share their original photographs on the comments section of the contest post - shorturl.at/fvyC4. They also have to share this contest link only on the Facebook page and paste the link of their post on the same comment along with the entry. The participants have to share their Instagram profile link in the comment for smooth communication.

The first prize would be a Croma gift card worth 70,000 INR, the second prize would be a Croma gift card worth 35,000 INR and third prize would be a Croma gift card worth 17,500 INR.

Once the contest gets over, winners will be contacted on their Huawei India Community inbox and Instagram DM for result announcement and prize delivery information. Winners are required to revert within 7 days of receiving the message with their delivery details, failing this they will be disqualified from claiming their prize. The winners will be announced on 17^th March, 2020.
